Sentir aproximação corporal\, relaxar e sentir afeto. \nALGUNS BENEFÍCIOS:\n.Aprender tecnicas claras e faceis de comunicação\n.Criar Limites de uma forma simples e frontal\n.Receber e/ou dar toque e afecto num ambiente seguro\, onde os limites são respeitados\n.Reduz stress e ansiedade\n.Melhora a Conexão\n.Melhora o bem estar geral e psicológico\n.Aumenta a consciência corporal\n.Melhora a qualidade de sono \nMOTIVOS PARA VIR:\n.Podes vir ao evento para conhecer pessoas novas\, ter conversas interessantes\, tocar\, ser tocado\, divertir\, praticar o perguntar o que queres ou “dizer sim” \, praticar o dizer “não” para o que não queres.
